After 3 months in Austria, the sun was greeting us on the final approach to Calgary

Rock guide Exam in the "Wilder Kaiser" mountains. I was lucky to spend almost 2 weeks together with a lot of awesome people trying to figure out what rock guiding is all about.

Looking for higher ground to escape the demanding cows-Bouldearea Johannishut.

Below his Summit in the foreground, a sharp eye can make up the Nuvolau hut, the oldest hut in the Dolomites. We will hike there the next day and spend the night there in hopes for another unforgettable sunset.

Another outing with Kimby with Oma child sitting below the clouds. "Silversurfer" above Lienz, 8 pitches of  bolt protected 5.11 climbing on solid rock, and a cold can of beer waiting in the stream below the cliffs.
